Notes: 
We will conduct Reimei-ALIS-EISCAT coordinated observations,
to investigate small-scale and 3-dimensional structures of
aurora in the nightside auroral zone (PIs: Prof. Takehiko Aso
(t-aso@nipr.ac.jp) and Dr. Hirahara). 22 conjunctions are
