SP-NI-PMAF (PI: Prof. Fujii (STEL))

ESR observation (SP-NI-PMAF) started at 06 UT on December 10, 2006 
as scheduled. However, we lost about an hour and half due to problems 
with water pumps for tx5 and 6. The circuit breaker had cut out and 
before that was fixed a trip on the flow for the big dummy load took 
down all transmitters. The interlock could not be reseted with 
transmitters on. Needed to takedown all transmitters and bring them 
up again before the interlock controller was reseted. 
After fixed the problems, we decided to extend the run for 1 hour 
(until 13 UT).
