18:08 The first heater turned on.
18:29:45 crowbar!
18:33 The transmitter power was recovered. HF modulation on 
      18:32-18:33 was missed.
18:35:55 crowbar again! Missed HF modulation: 18:36-18:37; 
18:39 The transmitter power was recovered; but it is unstable yet. 
      So the power is set at a little bit lower than usual say 1400 kW. 
      The power may be pulled up higher later.
18:44 crowbar again; but recovered shortly.
20:55 While D-region absorption kept strong for previous 1.5 hours, 
      the plasma line came back again.
21:24 The ion temperature was enhanced. During this event, the plasma 
      line intensity was jumped up immediately after HF turned off.
