There was a problem of Transmitter control software, 
and then Tx5 and Tx7 did not work properly.
Tx power was about 650 kW.

Clear sky and active ionospheric conditions.
Tx5 and 7 were down, so the total Tx power was about 490 kW.
Data dump is every 3.2 seconds. 
There was a serious problem with ground clutter in ESR 42m 
data below 149 km altitude. It's mainly due to reflection 
of radio wave by snow on the 42m antenna dish.
